Neff, Charles L. “Bud”

Neff, Charles L. “Bud”, 68, of Middlebourne, departed this life October 20, 2008, in Wetzel County Hospital, New Martinsville. He was born in Tyler County a son of the late Emery and Clara Belle Richmond Neff.

Bud was a former employee of the Town of Middlebourne and he was a protestant.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four brothers, Russ, Danny, Ray Sr., and John; and a sister, Audrey Miller.

Bud is survived by his wife, Shirley Dinger Neff; two sons, Charles Robert Neff and wife Dawn of Sistersville and Jason Lee Neff of Middlebourne; a daughter, Ellen Dianna Day and husband Larry of Sistersville; and three grandchildren, Brandy Rose, Charles “CC” Clayton, and Brian Alan Day.

There will be no visitation. A graveside service will be held at a day and time to be announced at a later date. Inurnment in Middlebourne Cemetery, Middlebourne. Furbee Funeral Home, Middlebourne, is in charge of the arrangements.
