Layman, David Patrick

Layman, David Patrick, 63 of Fairmont, W.Va, went to be with the Lord on October 13, 2008 at the Wishing Well Health Center in Fairmont.

He was born December 5, 1944, in Fairmont to the late Donald and Irene Layman. He was a Baptist by faith.

Surviving are his wife Linda Layman of Fairmont; two sons, David James (D.J.) of Fairmont and Donald Adam (Adam) of Clarksburg and D.J.’s best friend, Kerri Nichols of Fairmont; two Goddaughters SharAla (Jason) Kendall of Middlebourne and Phoebe (Nathan) Higgins of Smithfield; three brothers, Donnie and Tuke of Florida and Norman of Fairmont; one sister, Carolyn (Tike) of Fairmont; a special cousin, Gary (Carolyn) Morgan of Jacksonburg; and several nieces and nephew.

Services will be held at Frey’s Home for Funerals in Fairmont on Friday from 5-7 p.m. with funeral following after.
