Miranda Suzanne Stokes and Brian David Rogers

William and Charleen Stokes, and David and Jean Rogers of New Martinsville are delighted to announce the engagement of their children, Miranda Suzanne Stokes and Brian David Rogers.

The bride-to-be is a 2004 graduate of Paden City High School and a 2009 graduate of West Virginia Wesleyan College. The groom-to-be is a 1995 graduate of Magnolia High School and a 1999 graduate of Fairmont State College.

After being together for nearly five years, Brian proposed to Miranda during her birthday celebration this past February surrounded by their families, who lovingly didn’t spoil the surprise despite their immense excitement.

Together Brian and Miranda own and operate their newly opened small business, The Supply Closet. Additionally, Miranda is employed as a clerk for the Wetzel County Assessor’s Office.

The couple plan to wed May 31, 2014, at the Glen Ferris Inn in Fayette County, W.Va.
