Mr. and Mrs. Richard Gordon Rose

Barb Palmer of New Martinsville is proud to announce the marriage of her daughter, Tonya Lynn Palmer, to Richard Gordon Rose. Tonya is also the daughter of the late Keith Palmer.

Richard’s parents are the late Bill and Linda Rose of Clarington.

Tonya and Richard were happily married July 8.
