Casey Earl Daggett and Jessica Nichole Sine

Kelly and Trisha Sine of Paden City announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Nichole, to Casey Earl Daggett of Parkersburg, W.Va.

The bride-to-be is a 2007 graduate of Paden City High School and a 2011 graduate of West Virginia University at Parkersburg with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education.

She is employed by Skyline Steel in Belpre, Ohio.

The prospective bridegroom is the son of Pam Raubenstrauch and the step-son of Joseph Raubenstrauch of Williamstown, W.Va. His father is Tony Daggett of Rockport.

He is a 2001 graduate of Parkersburg South High School and a 2009 graduate of West Virginia University at Parkersburg with a major in Business Administration and a minor in Accounting.

He is employed by the West Virginia Laborers’ Union.

A wedding is planned for July 27 in Parkersburg.

The couple will reside in Parkersburg.
