John (Eddie) and Janet Kelley will be honored with a 60th anniversary party on July 20, 2-4 p.m., at the PPG Shelter, located at Proctor Park, Route 2, Proctor.

It is given by their children Doug, Cheryl, and Alan. Friends and family are welcome, no gifts are necessary.
