Trey Austin Pennington and Carson Rose Kelly

Shawn and Heather Kelly of Proctor are pleased to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Carson Rose Kelly, to Trey Austin Pennington of Logan, W.Va.

Carson is a 2011 graduate of Magnolia High School. After graduation, she studied nursing at West Virginia University for a year and then transferred to West Virginia Northern to complete her degree. She is currently employed at Peoples Bank in New Martinsville.

Trey is the son of Craig Pennington and Chasity Meade of Logan. Trey is a 2012 graduate of Logan High School. He is currently employed by the Logan County Commission.

A summer wedding is planned for Aug. 10.
