Cody Eli Nett and Sarah Kay Toman

Mr. and Mrs. Michael Toman of Paden City announce the engagement of their daughter, Sarah Kay Toman, to Cody Eli Nett, son of Sherri Nett of Glen Dale, W.Va.

Toman is a 2003 graduate of Paden City High School, a 2007 graduate of West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science degree in journalism, and a 2009 graduate of West Virginia University with a Master’s degree in English education. She is an employee of Monongalia County Board of Education.

Nett is a 2004 graduate of John Marshall High School, a 2009 graduate of West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, and a 2011 graduate of the West Virginia University School of Law. He is an attorney with McNeer, Highland, McMunn, and Varner, L.C. in Kingwood, W.Va.

A July 28 wedding is planned for St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, Moundsville.
