Sands Will Mark 76th Anniversary

Franklin Lloyd Sands and Georgia (Whiteman) Sands of New Martinsville will celebrate their 76th wedding anniversary on Aug. 8.
They have two children: Steve Sands of New Martinsville and Melba Liddell of Dallas, Texas; six grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
