Tomasina Stout and Clay Dallison

David and Shelley Stout of Reader are pleased to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Tomasina Michelle Stout, to Clay David Clark Dallison.

Clay is the son of Ed and Kim Dallison of Jacksonburg.

Tomasina is a 2005 graduate of Valley High School and is currently attending West Virginia Northern Community College majoring in Business.

Clay is a 2008 graduate of Valley High School and a 2009 graduate of the Hobart Institute of Welding Technology. He is currently employed by EQT Corporation.

The ceremony is planned for June 11, 2011, at the St. Paul United Methodist Church with reception to follow at the Robert C. Byrd Center.
