Mr. and Mrs. Brett Stephen Grimm

Cassandra Marie Sandy and Brett Stephen Grimm were united in marriage on Aug. 23 at Trinity Episcopal Church in Parkersburg. Pastor Dennis Shirer officiated the double ring ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Kathy Sandy and Tim Sandy both of Sistersville. She is the granddaughter of Carol and the late Bob Kehrer of Sistersville and the late Lloyd and Marie Sandy.

The groom is the son of Dan and the late Kathy Grimm of Sistersville. He is the grandson of the late Urm and Grace Speas and the late Robert and Sadie Grimm.

The bride was given in marriage and escorted by her mother. Matron of honor was Kelly Grimm of Sistersville, friend of the bride. Bridesmaids were Missy Price of Elon, N.C., friend of the bride; and Angela Sandy of Sistersville, sister-in-law of the bride. Flower girls were Millie Kehrer, cousin of the bride; and Hailey Sandy, niece of the bride.

The best man was Jason Grimm of Cartersville, Va., brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Craig Grimm of Pittman, N.J., brother of the groom; and Erik Grimm of Parkersburg; brother of the groom. The ring bearer was Dylan Grimm, nephew of the groom.

Ushers were Jesse Sandy of Sistersville, brother of the bride; and Craig Sandy of Rio Rancho, N.M., brother of the bride. Registrar was Cody Grimm, nephew of the groom.

A dinner and dance reception followed at Woodridge Plantation in Mineral Wells.

After a honeymoon to Punta Cana, the couple resides in Mineral Wells.
