Mr. and Mrs. Eric Maybanks Walker

Trista Annette Stout and Eric Maybanks Walker were united in marriage on Oct. 18 at The Chunn House, home of Mr. and Mrs. Louie Walter Crim of Jackson.

Fr. James Havens and the Rev. Jim Dufriend officiated the 3 p.m. double-ring garden ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Edward Ice Jr. of Jackson and Mr. and Mrs. Michael Eugene Stout of Folsom. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Eric Lloyd Walker of Jackson.

Grandparents of the couple are Mrs. Barbara Amos King of Pine Grove, Mr. and Mrs. Forrest Stout of Smithfield, Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Edward Ice Sr. of New Martinsville, Mr. and Mrs. James Maybanks Cleiland Jr. and Mr. and Mrs. Harold Lloyd Walker, all of Jackson.

The couple exchanged vows beneath white colonnades in the garden of The Chunn House. Yellow rose petals adorned either side of the aisle. The bride wore a strapless gown of ivory chiffon featuring a sweetheart neckline and empire waist. The waist was adorned with hand-sewn beading and crystals. The bride wore a two-tiered ivory tulle fingertip length veil and carried a bouquet of sunflowers and green hypericum berries tied with satin ribbon monogrammed with a “W” in ecru at the end of the dress-length streamers.

Serving as matron of honor was Christian Gunter Sullivan of Holly Springs, N.C. Margaret Ellen Williams from Athens, Ga., was maid of honor. Attending the bride were Sol Vincent Davis of Mobile; Megan Brooks Ice, sister of the bride, of Jackson; Melissa Ann Gibson Shotts of Birmingham, Ala.; Adrienne Dwana Love and Carly Rebecca Parr, both of Athens, Ga.; and Helen Elizabeth Walker, sister of the groom, of Atlanta.

Flower girls were Ali Kayla Ice, sister of the bride; Haley Benton Jones, cousin of the groom, both of Jackson, Ala.; and Mary Herndon Tipton, cousin of the groom, of Spanish Fort, Ala.

Serving as best man was Eric Lloyd Walker, father of the groom. Honorary best men were the groom’s grandfathers, James Maybanks Cleiland Jr. and Harold Lloyd Walker. Groomsmen were Stephen Matthew Jones, Jason Kent Outlaw, and Alexander Daniel Outlaw, all of Mobile, Ala.; and Richard Adam Scardamalia of Spanish Fort, Ala. Escorts were Samuel Cleiland Outlaw and David Eagerton Walker, cousins of the groom, both of Jackson, and Sean Michael Stout, brother of the bride, of Mobile, Ala.

Ring bearer was Walter Clark Tipton, cousin of the groom, of Spanish Fort, Ala. Readers were Melissa Ann Gibson Shotts, Helen Elizabeth Walker, Sean Michael Stout, and Shelly Menz. Directing the wedding was Jackie Chastain Jr. of Jackson.

After a seven day honeymoon in Cancun, Mexico, the couple is residing in Jackson.
