John and Virginia Barrick

John and Virginia Barrick of New Martinsville celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary Nov. 4.

They were united in marriage Nov. 4, 1948, at the groom’s residence by Bev Hopson of St. John’s Methodist Church. They were attended by Matron of Honor Ruth Poole and Best Man Richard Barrick.

They are the parents of four sons, Larry (Judy) of Wheeling, Dana (Glenna) of New Martinsville, Robert (Diane) of South Carolina, and Jim (Mary) of Paden City. They have five grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
