This week’s smiling faces feature three of Valley’s Best. From the Lumberjacks 1976 basketball team to 50 years later these three can still be seen in the gym. While the game may have gotten away from them a little, they still remember when Coach Daken would set them down beside him just like this, and read them the riot act. Guard Alan Miller said he learned a lot from Coach and when things got going bad he’d just get it down low to Bill. From what I’ve heard that was a pretty good plan.
