The Lady Blue Eagles hosted the Williamstown Yellow Jackets Friday evening April 10th at Hydro Field, and defeated the visitors 10-5. Aerie Varner got the win on the mound for the now (5-7) Eagles. Varner threw 112 pitches allowing seven hits, five runs, five walks, and four strikeouts. Williamstown fell to (4-8) on the season with the loss. A.Clare was the losing pitcher for the Jackets.

Magnolia hammered 14 hits, and scored 10 runs. Four batters walked and five struckout. Kaylee Yost had a good night at the plate going 4-4 with a double and two RBI’s. Bella Sockman knocked in three runs going 2-5 at the plate, Jessa Anderson was 3-5 with a double, Aerie Varner went 2-3 with a rbi, while Sophia Alexander, Sydney Knight, and Audri Quinn each had one hit for the Eagles.

Williamstown scored five runs, and had seven hits, five walks, and four strikeouts. Lynn Harshbarger and Abbie Montgomery each doubled, Shaylee Oates, Emmi Rush, Jade Moore, Chris Atkins, and Bre Myer each had a single for the losing Jackets.
