He is charged by the Grand Jury in a one count felony indictment with Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine) With Intent to Deliver. On Tuesday he pleaded guilty through a plea agreement to the felony offense of delivery of a controlled substance methamphetamine. Judge Cramer ordered a pre-sentence investigation report to be done and once it’s complete he will schedule a sentencing hearing. The state Represented by Prosecutor Timothy Haught agreed to remain silent at sentencing.

Larry Paul Cork, III, 37, of 114 Washington Street, Paden City, WV, appeared in court on Tuesday, March 24, 2026 alongside his attorney Roger Curry for a scheduled plea agreement hearing. He is charged by the Grand Jury in a one count felony indictment with Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine) With Intent to Deliver. On Tuesday he pleaded guilty to the charge through a plea agreement and was sentenced to 1-15 years in prison which was suspended and he was placed on 3 years of supervised probation and ordered to perform 20 hours of public service. William Cody Loy, of 28 Rose Street Lot 17S., New Martinsville, WV, appeared in court on Tuesday March 24, 2026, alongside his attorney Roger Curry for a scheduled possible plea hearing. He is charged by the Grand Jury in a two count felony indictment with two counts of delivery of a controlled substance (Methamphetamine). He pleaded guilty on Tuesday through a plea agreement to one count felony offense of fraudulent use of a city credit card. He was sentenced by Judge Cramer to 3 years in prison which was suspended. He was placed on 3 years of supervised probation and ordered to make restitution to the victim of $558.40. The plea was a binding plea agreement. All other counts against the defendant were dismissed by the state.

Heather Necole Hayes, 32, of 810 Highland Ave. New Martinsville, WV is charged in a three count indictment by the Grand Jury with the felony offenses of Delivery of a controlled narcotic substance Fentanyl, Heroin, and Xylazine. She appeared in court on Tuesday, March 24, for a scheduled arraignment hearing alongside her attorney Roger Curry. She pleaded not guilty to the charges and bond was set at $20,000. On Wednesday, Circuit Court Judge C. Richard Wilson reviewed 11 motions before the court for clarification. He determined he would rule on the motions and ordered supplemental briefs by the parties to be filed by April 24. He set a return to court hearing for May 1, 2026. The defendant’s bond was allowed to continue.
