Magnolia High School Announces September Students of the Month

The teachers and staff at Magnolia recently nominated and then selected one student per grade level to be the PBIS Student of the Month for September.

These students were chosen for showing positive behavior, displaying student ownership for learning, displaying good character, and for having faithful attendance.

Bryley Watkins, daughter of Kurt and Jacqueline Watkins, was selected to represent the freshmen class. Bryley is a member of the cheerleading squad, student council, Sources of Strength, is an honors student, and she participates in theater and community service.

Andrew Yeager, son of Kevin and Connie Yeager, was selected to represent the sophomore class. Andrew is a member of the band, FFA, the archery team, the track team, Boy Scouts Troop #128, and a member of the Order of the Arrow–Onondaga Lodge #36. He also attends Duffy Church of Christ and is a Jr. Volunteer Fireman.

Haleigh Preston, the daughter of Greg and Lori Preston, was selected to represent the junior class. Haleigh is a member of the track team, Sources of Strength, and she is very active with the yearbook and media class.

Lastly, Bre Herrick, daughter of Jim and Frannie Herrick, was selected to represent the senior class. Bre is a member of the cheerleading squad, the track team, National Honor Society, Science National Honor Society, Mu Alpha Theta, and she owns her own business, “Bre’s Cupcakin’ Around.”
