Library Announces Curbside Hours
The Dally Memorial Library in Sardis, is pleased to announce that it is now offering curbside services to the public, for all of your library needs.
Curbside hours are Tuesday through Friday, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. And, beginning July 11th, it will also be offering curbside hours on Saturdays, from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Over the past few months, some exciting projects have been completed, to freshen up the look of the library.
When you arrive out front, be sure to check out the new whimsical library sign, which was created by Nancy Lucido. And, offering his time to hang the sign up for the library, was Dave Dennis.
The beautiful and cozy front porch has also been updated, thanks to Dennis Miller Doors, who donated their time, in putting it together.
Milan Indermuhle poured a new concrete slab and ramp, behind the library, in order to place a storage building there, for easier access to supplies.
The library truly appreciates all of the time and efforts put forth, in helping out with these beautification projects, in order to make this special place even more welcoming and inviting to the community, as well as to their patrons.
The Dally Library is a privately funded organization, which means they do not receive any state or federal funding for their daily operations.
If you are interested in making a monetary donation to the library, please remember that it is tax deductible.
The Dally Memorial Library is able to be in existence, through the generosity of donors, who have financially contributed to the library, over the past 17 years.
