On July 30, Southwestern Energy presented a $22,600 check to the Wetzel County Emergency Management Association (EMA.)

These funds had been procured from a charity Clay Shoot hosted by Southwestern Energy, and Amy Dobkin – Community Relations Manager for Southwestern Energy – explained that the proceeds benefited first responders.

“We’re very greatful for the EMA, for our local first responders, for local law enforcement, and all that they do each and every day to serve Wetzel County. The success of the event was completely because of people and partnerships, so for every organization that supported, sponsored, or shot in the Clay Shoot, we’re incredibly greatful.” Dobkin went on to say that their partnership with the United Way of the Upper Ohio Valley assisted with their success as well.
