At a special meeting held Wednesday, Feb. 6, the Wetzel County Board of Education passed a resolution opposing Senate Bill 451, the Omnibus Education Bill.

The resolution was signed by Wetzel County Board of Education President Warren J. Grace, Jr., Vice President William F. Jones, and members Amy J. Cooley, R. Jay Yeager, and Brian K. Price. Superintendent Edward T. Toman also signed the resolution.
