Hull Arrested For Heroin

A search warrant, executed early Tuesday morning, resulted in the arrest of Thomas James Hull, 25, of New Martinsville.

New Martinsville Police Chief Tim Cecil said the arrest was the result of a collaborative effort between NMPD and Monroe County Sheriff’s Office. A search warrant was executed at Hull’s 32 Ross Street residence and 130 stamps of heroin was discovered.

Cecil named several NMPD officers that took part in the investigation, including Patrolman Adam Skinner, Patrolman Tim Chichick, Patrolman Michael Owens, Sergeant Friend Estep, and Chief Cecil.

Monroe County Deputy Poling, along with K-9 Neron also played a huge role in the arrest.

“He did really well,” Cecil said of K-9 Neron.

Hull was charged with delivery of a controlled substance (heroin) and possession with intent to deliver. He was transported to Northern Regional Jail.
