The second annual Shortline Ramp Festival was held in Pine Grove Saturday. The winners in the cookoff are pictured. In the individual category the winner was Rick Coen, pictured above with sister Sandy Greathouse and presented the award by Becky Maxwell of the festival committee. Coen made a delicious ramp omelette. Pictured below are the business winners, Shooters Saloon. From left are Maxwell, Tiffany Haes, and Tommie Hayhurst.
