The Wetzel Chronicle and Sistersville General Hospital have awarded the prizes in their annual Halloween Coloring Contest. Winners were named in two age categories: three to six and seven to 10. At left is nine-year-old Richie Morgan of Burton, a student at Short Line School, who won the older category. At right is six-year-old Carson Kocher of New Martinsville, a student at New Martinsville School who was deemed the best in the younger category. Each young man won a $50 pre-paid Visa card and had definite plans for their winnings.
