Twelve defendants entered pleas of innocence Sept. 18 before the Honorable Judge David W. Hummel in Wetzel County Circuit Court. Defendants will return to court Oct. 17 for submittal of pre-trial motions.

James Skylar Barnhart, 22, of 145 Elm Street, New Martinsville, entered a plea of innocence to his two-count indictment, which charges him with entry of a building other than a dwelling and grand larceny. A trial date of Oct. 22 was set for Greathouse, who is being represented by Attorney Kevin Neiswonger.

Brian Ray Blake, 32, of Route 2 Box 109A, New Martinsville, alongside Attorney David C. White, entered a plea of innocence to fleeing from an officer while driving under the influence, misdemeanor driving under the influence, and destruction of property. A trial date of Oct. 22 was set.

Kae Lee Cornell, 41, of 631 South Third Avenue, Paden City, entered a plea of innocence to five counts of uttering. Bond for Cornell, who is being represented by David C. White, was set for $2,500. A trial date was set for Oct. 22.

Edward Robert Dorsey, III, 22, of HC 68 Box 40B, Littleton, represented by Attorney Patricia Kurelac, entered pleas of innocence to his charges of sexual assault in the second degree and sexual assault in the third degree.

Dorsey’s bond was set at $2,500 cash. Dorsey’s trial date was set for Oct. 24.

Johnny Kenneth Greathouse II, 22, of 406 Abbie Drive, New Martinsville, entered a plea of innocence to sexual assault in the third degree. Greathouse’s bond was set at $5,000 personal recognizance. His trial date was set for Dec. 10.

Patrick E. Loy, 31, no address given, entered a plea of innocence to his charges of grand larceny and transferring stolen goods. A trial date was set for Oct. 22.

Nicky Nicole Mavety, 24, of Route 2 Box 9, New Martinsville, alongside Neiswonger, entered a plea of innocence to two counts of conspiracy. Mavety’s trial date was set for Oct. 24.

Rhonda Anne Parker, 19, of 150 Dunlap Street, New Martinsville, entered a plea of innocence to nine sets of forgery and uttering-18 felony charges. Parker’s bond was set at $2,500 cash, and a trial date was set for Oct. 24. Parker is represented by Kurelac.

Kimberly J. Rial, 24, of Route 2 Box 498, New Martinsville, entered pleas of innocence to her three separate indictments, charing her with two sets of forgery and uttering; three sets of accessory before the fact to forgery and accessory before the fact to uttering; and grand larceny and transferring stolen goods.

Rial’s bond was set at $2,500 cash, and a trial date was set for Oct. 24.

Duwayne Louis Ueltschey, 33, of 40031 St. Rt. 26, Woodsfield, entered a plea of innocence to five counts of forgery. Ueltschey’s bond was set at $2,500 cash, and a trial date was set for Dec. 10.

Dreama D. VanCamp, 26, of 100 North Bridge Street Lot 12, New Martinsville, represented by Kurelac, entered a plea of innocence to her charges of grand larceny and transferring stolen goods. Bond was set at $2,500 cash, and VanCamp’s trial date was set for Dec. 10.

Robert Thomas White, Jr., 41, of HC 61 Box 97, Littleton, entered a plea of innocence to third offense driving on a license revoked for driving under the influence and misdemeanor second offense DUI. Bond was set at $5,000 cash for Robert Thomas White, Jr., and a trial date was set for Dec. 10.
