By Staff | May 29, 2013

Natasha Lynn Tedrow, 22, of 447B Martin Ave., New Martinsville, pleaded guilty before Judge Mark A. Karl on May 22 to conspiracy to deliver Subutex.

For this offense, Tedrow was sentenced to one to five years in the West Virginia Penitentiary for Women. However, the execution of this sentence was suspended, and Tedrow will instead serve two years of probation under the supervision of Chief Probation Officer John D. Lantz. Tedrow has also been banned from the New Martinsville Villas Complex and is to pay $28.65 to the Wetzel County Circuit Clerk’s Office for transmittal to the West Virginia State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigations.

Tedrow was indicted by the September 2012 grand jury.

Her charge stated that on or about July 11, she conspired with Joshua E. Burch, Jason Scott Dalrymple, and unknown white male to deliver Subutex.
