Joseph Scott Hess, 23, entered a plea of innocence to his two-count indictment in Wetzel County Circuit Court on Friday.

Hess has been serving a separate sentence in Belmont County and was released from serving such sentence March 28. His indictment, handed down from the September 2012 grand jury, charges him with one-count of conspiracy to deliver oxycodone and one-count of delivery of a controlled narcotic substance. Hess is being represented by Attorney Roger Weese.
