Request to Attend Wetzel County Schools:
Approval was given to Kimberly Wilson for her child, Spencer C. Billings, to attend Wetzel County Schools (Paden City High School) for the upcoming school year.
Deanne Henry was given permission for her child, Breawna Renee Henry, to continue attending Wetzel County School (Paden City Elementary School) for the 2012-2013 school year, pending release from Tyler County Schools.
Ryan and Jacqueline Layman were also given permission for their children, Joseph R. Layman and Kalli Layman, to continue attending Wetzel County Schools (Magnolia High School and New Martinsville School) for the upcoming school year, pending release from Marshall County Schools.

In another matter, approval was given to Amanda McPherson to take the Magnolia High School Band members to the OVAC Showcase of Bands on Oct. 20 in Martins Ferry, Ohio.
Daron Palmer, representative for the Paden City Flag Football league, was given permission to use the Paden City High School football field for flag football games which will be played on Sept. 9, 16, 23, 30, and Oct. 7, 14, 21, 28.
