First Choice Realtors, one of the Northern Panhandle’s longest-serving real estate brokerages, recently celebrated the grand opening of its new office building with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 730 N. State Route 2 in New Martinsville.

Founded in 1996, First Choice Realtors first opened an office in downtown New Martinsville to serve clients in the Wetzel-Tyler market in 2023. Since that time, the firm’s growth has necessitated relocating to a more accessible space.

“We loved being downtown,” said First Choice Realtors partner and local office manager Jane Ann Gamble. “But our new location has more ample parking and is located in a higher-traffic area, directly across from Bayer Heritage Federal Credit Union, allowing us to better serve our clients and agents.”

The celebration and ribbon-cutting ceremony was attended by First Choice agents and clients, community members, City of New Martinsville officials, and representatives from the Wetzel-Tyler Chamber of Commerce.

In addition to the First Choice Realtors office, the building also houses Beauty Ritual, a newly opened luxury hair salon owned by Lindsey Utt.
