Valley Praise Fest 2025 will feature a day’s worth of Gospel Music at its best. The annual event held on the grounds of the Faith Fellowship Praise and Worship Center, in Reader, W.Va brings some of the best Southern Gospel and Gospel Bluegrass Christian music right here locally for a free event that is sure to stir your soul.

Artists and Bands taking the stage include names like Persuaded, The Hallmark Quartet, Blood Bought, The Johnny Staats Project, and the host band The Carriers, a household name in the local area when talking about gospel music.

These groups have well over 200 years experience in performing on stage and recording. You don’t want to miss a minute of their performances. Persuaded will perform from 1-2 pm, followed by The Hallmark Quartet at 2:30 to 3:30, Blood Bought from 4-5 pm, The Johnny Staats Project 5:30-6:30 and The Carriers from 7-8 pm.

This Christian music festival will kick off its 16th year on Saturday, August 9, 2025 on the church grounds beginning at 12:00 pm and ending at 8 pm.

The festival is a day of celebration, food, fun, games and music. Kids can enjoy the inflatables and other activities. Adults can have fellowship in the company of great Christian people and listen to the word through testimonies and uplifting music. All free to the public.

Pastor David Kelly invites one and all to share a day of joy, love, Christian music and the opportunity to learn more about what Jesus did for every living soul. This is a special musical event that will rival any you’ve ever attended.

Bring a lawn chair and plan on spending the day. Camping and Hotels are available in the local area.
