NEW MARTINSVILLE — The Diabetes Dash 5K Run/Walk will be held at Prodigy Wellness Center in downtown New Martinsville on Saturday, Nov. 9.

Registration begins at 8 a.m. and race start time is 9 a.m.

A free kids fun run (age 8 and under) will be held after the race. Pre-Registration and guaranteed T-shirt is $20, postmarked by Oct. 20, or $25 for registration after October 20.

All proceeds from the event will be donated to WVU Children’s Pediatric Endocrinology Department.

Awards will be given to the top three overall male/female finishers in each age group and top three overall male/female finishers for both runners and walkers.

All door prizes are donated by locally owned businesses.
