RegattaFest Weekend was almost picture perfect for boat racing on the Ohio River, and our Smile Camera caught up with Toddler Miss Parker Patrello who was Picture Perfect with her umbrella on full display. The sun may have hidden from the gathered crowd, but Parker’s smile more than shone brightly on the weekend festivities.
