Paden City Elementary Afternoon of the Arts was held on Sunday, February 26th. Afternoon of the Arts focuses on the arts that foster creativity, collaboration and problem solving. Arts Education programming supports and integrates with all areas of the curriculum through reading and writing, which results in a comprehensive and balanced curriculum for all students regardless of a student’s background, talents, or special needs. Art was displayed throughout the school for families and friends to view and appreciate. Almost thirty musical performances were also featured through instrumental ensembles, duets, and solos. Families and friends enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere, artwork, and musical performances. Thank you to Mrs. Price, Mrs. Walls, and Mrs. Musgrave as well as all the students for all the hard work to put this together for our community to enjoy!
