Jessica Breanne Kisner, daughter of Steven and Susan Kisner of Paden City, became the bride of Michael Todd Owens, son of Donnie Owens of New Martinsville and Ryan and Dawn Yeater of Duffy on Dec. 11 at the Mollohan Center in New Martinsville. Jeremy Joy officiated the double ring ceremony.
The matron of honor was Emily Allison and the maid of honor was Shandra Goodfellow, friends of the bride. The best man was Bryan Owens, brother of the groom.
Bridesmaids were Kaitlyn Owens, sister of the groom; Vanessa Anderson; Kayla Costlow; and Marissa Fansler. Junior bridesmaids were Brooklynn and Holland Estep.
Groomsmen were Tim Stanley, Don Bordenkircher, Steve Yoho, Justin Billiter, and Ronnie Henry.
Flower girls were Presley Kilburn, Christy Billiter, and Jayden Anderson. Ring Bearers were Jasup Spragg and Jason Beisel.
Guest book attendants were Corrie McCall and Brooke Carman. Wedding coordinator was Tina Estep.
The bride is a 2006 graduate of Tyler Consolidated High School and a 2010 graduate of West Liberty University with a degree in Accounting. She is employed by the Bureau of Public Debt in Parkersburg, W.Va.
The groom is a 2005 graduate of River High School and a graduate of the 137th Basic Class of the West Virginia State Police Academy. He is employed by the Paden City Police Department.
The couple resides in Paden City.
