From Rose Daugherty
I was going to church Sunday morning, Oct. 10 at 9:20 a.m. I met a caravan of big trucks hauling pipes to the gas wells. I met a truck on a turn at Honey Run driving too fast to make the turn, he came on my side of the road and forced me off the road.
This wasn’t the first time I’ve been forced off the road by trucks hauling heavy equipment with wide loads, they take the turns on the inside lane and travel too fast.
I’m concerned about the people that travel on this road for their safety. These roads weren’t made for these trucks. I pray the drivers will stay on their side of the road and everyone will be safe on this road.
God was with me on this Sunday morning, that is why i was able to write this article.
