Cortney Renee Throckmorton and Joshua Michael Neff were united in marriage on June 19 at the First Baptist Church in New Martinsville. Shana CampBell, sister of the bride, served as matron of honor. Elizabeth Littell, Kady Huinker, and Sarah Ketzer were bridesmaids. Serving as best man was Doni Jackson, and brothers of the groom, Cody Brightwell and Jeremy Neff, along with cousin Ronnie Seagrave, were groomsmen. The flower girl was Jackie Seagrave, cousin of the groom, and the ring bearer was Tyler Weakley, cousin of the bride.
Cortney is the daughter of John and Debra Throckmorton of Proctor. She is a 2008 graduate of Magnolia High School, and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing at West Liberty University.
Josh is the son of Michael and Mary Beth Neff of Middlebourne and Sharon Brightwell of Sistersville. He is a 2003 graduate of Tyler Consolidated High School. He is currently employed as a Boilermaker of Local 667.
The couple honeymooned at the Cove Haven Resort in the Poconos. They currently reside in Wheeling.
