On the afternoon of June 24th, I was leaving Wal Mart and mistakenly forgot my purse in a shopping cart. I didn’t even realize I had left it behind until I made it home and was unable to get into my house without the keys in my purse!I immediately called the customer service desk and asked if a purse had been found and returned. After describing it, I was told it was at the front desk and could be picked up anytime.

I want to thank the person that found my purse and turned it in.In case I never meet you, I want to let you know that Igreatly appreciate youract of kindness. Maybe to you, turning in my purse was just the ‘right thing to do’ but to some, it wouldn’t have been.Although there really wasn’t anything of value in my purse, I have heard the hassle of canceling debit accounts, ordering new cards and checks, replacing my license, etc. can be a time consuming nightmare! Because of your generosity, I simply had to to return to the store and leave with my belongings.

I have already made it a point to ‘pay it forward’ so to speak and help someone else out. I hope that in the future I can continue to go out of my way to help a stranger because a small act of kindness can really brighten someone’s day! Thank you again, kind stranger, for returning my purse and all of it’s contents to the employees for me to pick up.
