Jodi Elizabeth Emch and Noyan Eyigor

Mr. and Mrs. David Emch of New Martinsville announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Jodi Elizabeth, to Noyan Eyigor, son of Mr. and Mrs. Tashin Eyigor of Istanbul, Turkey.

Jodi is a 2005 graduate of Bethany College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Work and a 2008 graduate of West Virginia University with a Master’s Degree in Community Counseling. She is employed with The Lisner Louise Dickson Hurt Home in Washington, D.C.

Noyan is a 2006 graduate of Bethany College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and a 2008 graduate of George Washington University with a Master’s degree in Accounting. He is employed with Raffa PC in Washington, D.C.

An Aug. 21 wedding is planned at First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in New Martinsville. The couple and immediate family will travel to Istanbul, Turkey, in September for a second ceremony.
