Ashley Jean Smith and Christopher Robert Miller were united in marriage at 3 p.m. June 5 at Bethany College’s Gresham Gardens, by Rev. Harry Myers.
The bride is the daughter of Chester “Al” Smith Jr. and Natalie Smith of Moundsville.
The groom is the son of Robert Dennis Miller of Coshocton and Babette J. Boyd of New Martinsville.
Becky Gardner was the maid of honor. Matt Jones served as the best man. Other attendants were Erica Smith, Danielle Buck, Carrie VanDyne, Steven Jones, Drew Jones, Christopher Smith, Addison Long, and Mason Henderson.
A reception was held at Generations restaurant in Wheeling.
The bride is a 2002 graduate of John Marshall High School and a 2006 graduate of Bethany College with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and a 2010 graduate of Tuskegee University as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine.
The groom is a 2002 graduate of Magnolia High School and a 2007 graduate of West Liberty University with a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management and a 2010 graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute in Tucker, Ga., with an Associates degree in Culinary Arts.
After a wedding trip to Riviera Maya, Mexico, the couple will reside in Newnan, Ga.
