MCSD Makes Drug Arrests

Sheriff Charles R. Black Jr. reported on Friday an on going drug investigation was concluded with the execution of two search warrants. The warrants were executed on two residence located in Clarington, Ohio. During the execution eight Monroe County residents were taken into custody.

Melissa Labuda, 30, of 342 Holiday Ave., Woodsfield. Labuda is charged with four counts of complicity and two counts of trafficking in drugs with specification.

James Henning, 39, of 47810 Sykes Ridge, Clarington, is charged with four counts of trafficking in drugs with three of those having specification.

Rickie Talbot, 26, of 47810 Sykes Ridge, Clarington, is charged with four counts of trafficking in drugs with three of those having specification.

Augustina Chambers, 28, of 112 Monroe Drive, Clarington, is charged with one count of trafficking in drugs. Chambers was released after investigators conducted interviews.

Jason Chambers, 33, of 112 Monroe Drive, Clarington, is charged with one count of drug paraphernalia. Chambers was released also after investigators conducted interviews.

Joshua Potts, 22, of 106 Monroe Drive, Clarington, is charged with one count of trafficking in drugs and one count of possession of drugs.

David Pedelose, 24, of 106 Monroe Drive, Clarington, is charged with one count of possession of drugs.

Dustin Pedelose, 23, of 106 Monroe Drive, Clarington, is charged with one count of possession of drugs.

During the searches, a variety of items were seized. Items range from drugs, cash, firearms, and drug paraphernalia.

More charges are expected to be filed.
