James Ryan Potts and Marka Elizabeth Blair

Mr. and Mrs. Mark Blair of New Martinsville announce the engagement of their daughter, Marka Elizabeth Blair, to James Ryan Potts, son of Mr. and Mrs. Francis Potts of Hannibal.

Blair is a 2002 graduate of Magnolia High School, a 2005 graduate of St. Mary’s School of Radiologic Technology and a 2006 graduate of the West Virginia University Hospital School of Nuclear Medicine.

She is employed by UHA Center for Advanced Imaging as a PET/CT technologist.

Potts is a 2001 graduate of River High School and a 2006 graduate of Ohio University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Economics.

He is employed by WesBanco Inc. as a commercial underwriter. The couple resides in Morgantown.

A Sept. 4 wedding is planned in New Martinsville.
