Ryan Scott Sapp and Rachelle Elizabeth Hizer

Tim and Carolyn Hizer of Paden City are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Rachelle Elizabeth Hizer, to Ryan Scott Sapp, son of Chuck and Karen Sapp, also of Paden City.

The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Bonnie Hizer and the late Charles Lee Hizer and Lemoine and Kay Klug, all of Paden City.

Rachelle is a 2005 graduate of Paden City High School and a 2009 graduate of Fairmont State University’s School of Nursing. She is currently employed as a registered nurse at Monongalia General Hospital in Morgantown.

The prospective bridegroom is the grandson of the late Victor and Lizzie Sapp and the late William and Virginia Henderson.

Ryan is a 2004 graduate of Paden City High School. He will graduate from Fairmont State University in May 2010 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety Engineering. Ryan is currently serving in the Army National Guard with the 201st Field Artillery unit. He is employed with CNX Gas in Waynesburg, Pa.

The couple will be married May 29 at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Moundsville.

They will reside in Morgantown.
