Just a word of praise to theWetzel County State Road Workers.I would like to thank the workers who keep the hill on Rt 89/Proctor safe for travel. I know that public service can be a very thankless job and I just wanted to let them know that the long hours and dangerous/hard worktheyperform on the “country roads” isappreciated by several residents of the Proctor Hill!
