I would like to take the opportunity to thank everyone who made the benefit for Chester Parsons, on Feb. 6, such a success. I would like to thank Blue for offering theCandlelight and hisstaff for doing such a great job. Thanks to all the local merchants who so generously donated items for the auction. A hats off to the bands who did such wonderful job with the entertainment.And, last but not least, a heartfelt thanks to all who attended and were so generous. It truly made me proud to see everyone coming together for a “local man” in need.
