Ken and Sandy Dallison

Ken and Sandy Dallison of Pine Grove celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Feb. 6.

They were united in marriage on Feb. 6, 1960, in Smithfield by the Reverend Newton Poling.

Sandy is the daughter of the late Clarence Ralph and Helen Watson.

Ken is the son of Helen and the late Pat Dallison. They are both retired from Dallison Lumber in Jacksonburg.

They are the parents of four children. The family includes Tammy and Tim McDiffitt of Pine Grove, Ed and Kim Dallison of Jacksonburg, Tina Dallison and partner Bob Throckmorton of New Martinsville, and Jay Dee and Laurie Dallison of Jacksonburg.

They have eight grandchildren and two great-granddaughters.

The Dallisons were honored with a dinner party at Quinet’s Court Restaurant in New Martinsville.

On their wedding night they attended a WVU basketball game to watch Jerry West play.

On Feb. 8 they attended a West Virginia University basketball game and were honored on the score board for their 50th wedding anniversary.
