The Powhatan VFD and EMS parade starts at 6:30 p.m. This year’s grand marshalls are the Village’s oldest American veterans. Trophies will be awarded following the parade at the elementary school. The American Legion will be winding up the day with a Snowball Dance and Riverside Restaurant with karaoke.

Programs, maps, and food menus will be provided at participating businesses and key locations throughout the village that day. The CITV Committee welcomes everyone and encourages all to join in on the fun.
