Tasha Nicole Walters and Casey Lee Starkey

Casey Lee Starkey and Tasha Nichole Walters are excited to announce their engagement and plan to exchange vows on Sept. 19.

Casey is the son of Pam Tuttle and John Starkey. He is employed by Consol Energy.

Tasha is the daughter of Kristy Forrester and Robert Walters. She is employed at Weese Legal Services, New Martinsville.
