Christopher Paul Adkins and Desiree Nicole Jung

Desiree Nicole Jung and PO2 Christopher Paul Adkins are pleased to announce their engagement and upcoming wedding.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of James and Jo Anne Jung of Sistersville and Michael and Rachel Hall of Heathsville, Pa. She is the granddaughter of Herb and Mary Jung of New Martinsville, Norm and Donna Peters of Wilbur, and Jer and Sue Hall of Fredricksburg, Va.

Desiree is a 2004 graduate of Mulvane High School and an alumni of Wichita State University where she obtained a degree in liberal arts and science. She is currently attending Concorde Career Institute in pursuit of a nursing degree.

The groom-to-be is the son of Paul and Laurie Adkins of St. Michael, Pa., and the grandson of Margaret Myers of South Fork, Pa., and Brenda Bertram of Cresson, Pa.

Christopher is a 2003 graduate of Forest Hills High School and currently serves in the United State Navy, stationed in Jacksonville, Fla.

A beautiful wedding has been planned fro 2:30 p.m. on Oct. 10 in South Fork.
