Austin Tyler Day and Denita Jo Rowland

William “Joe” and Connie Rowland of Proctor are pleased to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Denita Jo Rowland, to Austin Tyler Day, son of Frank and Jeannie Day of Philippi, W.Va.

The bride-to-be is a 2000 graduate of Magnolia High School and a 2005 graduate of West Virginia University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in industrial relations (human resources). She is employed by Heartland of Clarksburg as a human resources director.

Her fiance is a 2000 graduate of Philip-Barbour High School and a 2004 graduate of West Virginia University with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. He is employed as an engineer with Dominion.

The couple will marry Nov. 21 in Bridgeport, W.Va.
