Mr. and Mrs. Ken Williams

Ken Williams of Belle Vernon, Pa., and Lara Sawinski of Paden City were united in marriage on June 6 on their 64-acre ranch in Ohio. Dave Lancaster presided over the double ring wedding ceremony.

Sawinski is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Don and Martha Hackathorn of Moundsville. She was escorted by her son, Logan Sawinski.

Williams is the son of Mr. And Mrs. Bill and Kathie Williams of Mendon, Pa.

Nicole Williams, daughter of the groom, and Tricia Williams-Conti, sister of the groom, served as bridesmaids. Ken Williams Jr. and Logan Sawinski served as groomsmen.

Brittany Conti attended the guest book and Blaze Conti served as usher. They are Tricia’s children.

Sawinski is a graduate of WVNCC and WVU-P. She is employed by the West Virginia Department of Education at the Northern Regional Juvenile Detention Center in Wheeling.

Ken is a graduate of Yough High School and is an Army Veteran. He is employed as the Preventative Maintenance Manager at Warren Distribution in Glen Dale.

The guests enjoyed a cook-out style reception immediately following the ceremony. Music and karaoke was provided by Tom Trickett.
