On May 16 the parents of Girl Scouts of Wetzel County had a carnival at Bruce Park to raise money for each troop. The carnival went well considering the weather and everyone had a good time. I would like to thank the troops that participated in this event. I would also like to thank Witschey’s, Riggenbach Tile and Carpet, Aquarium Pets, Sally’s Costumes, New Martinsville Parks and Recreation, the New Martinsville Bucks, and Wal-Mart for helping with donations or time.
